Andy Stock owns a bungalow rental which he calls Casa Simpatico in Santa Cruz, Nayarit near San Blas. He also runs a water taxi in San Francisco. We rented Andy Stock's house in Mexico. He sent us a contract showing rent and deposit costs, number of people, and length of rental. We took excellent care of his property but after we left and contacted him to return our deposit he decided he should have charged us more and has refused to return the money. Although we have given up on getting back the $265 he has stolen from us we have decided to protect others by publishing this account.
